BLANK SLATE MONUMENT

Mobile monument confronting Confederate Symbols of Racism and Hate in the US
Collaboration with Sculptor Kwame Akoto-Bamfo

Sculpture is joined to a truck that raises and lowers it via hydraulic armature, enabling it to be installed and moved to locations for maximum impact and visibility.

Statue broadcasts a Wifi Network that brings anyone joining it to a custom UI to participate in the work by inputing their own words to be displayed on the 30” e-paper protest sign atop the monument.
