Light programs change slowly to sync with narrative of class workout, provide ambient illumination between classes, analyze instructor’s music to provide tunable pulse on downbeats, allow instructors to manually override programs and tune brightness and colors as needed, and have a large “Pulse” button to allow instructors to visually signal class of changes in workout settings.
